Announcements
Walking and Biking: Please be mindful of bicycle safety while riding within the community. When riding a bicycle please ensure to stay close to the curb, wear reflective clothing or have lights on your bicycle for extra safety while riding at night.
Pets:The Texas Leash Law applies within the community. Dogs must be leashed while walking. If you have any issue with a dog in the Association, please call Ft. Bend Animal Control at 281-342-1512.
Underground Fiber Construction-

Tealbriar residents, it has been noted that several trash cans are being left in the street on days other than scheduled trash collection days. We understand that this may be due to a change in collection schedule related to the holidays. Please take a minute to review the holiday trash collection schedule, which can be accessed by (clicking here) in order to keep our community looking clean and beautiful.
