MANY IMPROVEMENTS HAPPENING AROUND YOUR TEALBRIAR COMMUNITY
1. Improvement of Sugarland Howell Rd with trail worthy 6’ wide sidewalks on both sides of the roadways. This road construction is over now. This improvement of this road, Tealbriar subdivision back entrance looks beautiful.
2. Approved improvements to Old Richmond Road, Burney Road, and Belknap Road all include 6’ wide sidewalks on both sides of the roadways under design now.
3. Trail underpass at Keegans Bayou under Belknap Rd with access from all four sides for a future trail for pedestrians and mowing and maintenance equipment.
These many neighborhood infrastructure improvements are making our area safe from vehicular and pedestrian traffic and improving our property values. Click here for a map with more details.
REPORTS OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
We have received reports of criminal activity in Tealbriar and surrounding communities. Reports include persons approaching front gates and garages during early morning hours (after midnight and before daylight) with attempt to break in. Also, there have been breaking in of cars and valuables taken.
We ask you to be vigilant and visit with your neighbors about looking out for each other.

One of the responsibilities of the Board of Directors of your HOA is to help you keep your property in compliance with the Tealbriar Deed Restrictions by notifying you when there is a violation of one or more of those restrictions. A copy of the Deed Restrictions can be found on the Tealbriar website at www.tealbriar.com.
If you get a notice of Deed Restriction violation(s) and you:
Do not understand what the violation is;
Do not understand what action you need to take to correct the violation;
Disagree that a violation exists; and/or
Need additional time to correct the violation,
please contact your property management company.

ATTENTION TEALBRIAR HOMEOWNERS AND RESIDENTS: -Please be mindful of bicycle Safety while riding within the community, when riding a bicycle please ensure to stay close to the curb, remember to wear reflective clothing or to have lights on your bicycle for extra safety while riding at night. - Please remember the Texas Leash Laws applies within the community, dogs must be leashed while walking.
