Annual Meeting 2024 Postponed: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Annual Meeting scheduled Saturday, September 28, 2024 has been postponed. Please continue to submit to your original proxies as they will be used for a recalled meeting. Once a rescheduled date has been established, you will receive a formal notice of the recalled annual meeting in the mail. If you have any questions, please call the management team at 713-776-1771.

The 2024 annual assessment invoices were mailed to all homeowners in Tealbriar CA, Inc. on November 2, 2023, and became due January 1, 2024. They will be considered late and may incur penalties if payment is not received by Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
